Melissa has more than 30 years of experience in Professional Services, predominantly working in the IT and Finance Sectors in operational management and change management roles. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Macquarie University, NSW, Australia, and is a certified Leadership Coach.
Currently working in Financial Services consulting for Bishopsgate Financial, where she is predominantly responsible for Business Development and Account Management. Prior to this Melissa was employed by Deutsche Bank, and over 11 years held a number of roles across the IT, Finance and Operations divisions, running critical business operations functions, and leading large programs of change and transformation. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Melissa worked for IBM Asia Pacific for a period of 18 years in their Managed Services (Outsourcing) division supporting clients with all aspects of IT Service Management processes, Account Management and transformation, and also held several operational roles supporting internal functions as well as delivery of service to clients.
Melissa has a long history of mentoring and coaching individuals, in and outside of the workplace, to achieve greater levels of self-awareness of personal strengths, and to realise and achieve personally set goals.
Melissa was born in Australia, after having travelled and worked around the world; she now lives in London with her husband, Chris, and her two teenaged children.
