ANNA CLARE HARPER

Along with her co-founders, Harper set up SPI Capital - an real estate consultancy with a social conscience in September 2020, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Seed funding was secured via Zoom, with the business specialising in under-invested, locally-affordable rental properties for key workers. This enables its investors to do good and minimise risks, without sacrificing returns. Harper has also written a book for the sector, Strategic Property Investing, about how private investors can navigate the current, complex property market and is currently working on ‘Sustainable Property Investing’, a guide for private investors.
