Growing up in South Africa and seeing the devastation corruption and intolerance can cause, transparency and trust are of intrinsic value to me. It has guided my discernment in cultivating partnerships and teams, ensuring a human-centric approach. Since joining Mobkoi I have helped to grow the business from a start-up to a $35m-turnover mobile advertising firm, creating a diverse and inclusive culture along the way. As can be seen by winning Campaign magazine's 'Best Places to Work' three years in a row. When I’m not running from meeting to meeting, you can usually find me scrambling up a mountain with my exuberant Collie, Ziggy, or surrounded by friends and family around a Braai or Barbecue as it’s better known in the UK.
