DR SIOBHAN GARDINER

Gardiner joined Deloitte in January 2020 to kick-start the Climate Change & Environment Studio in Deloitte Ventures. Having trained as a biochemist at university with a focus on plants, crops sciences and ecosystem services, Gardiner has become something of an expert on the relationship between humans and the natural world. Her current portfolio includes projects on climate justice, wildlife conservation, circular economy, ethical and transparent supply chains, smart agriculture, decarbonisation, consumer behaviour change, smart energy systems and space technologies. She is also a passionate advocate of STEM outreach and diversity initiatives.
