With a passion for artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, Weaver is CEO at Luminance, an AI-platform for lawyers, used by over 300 law firms and organisations. The company is now looking to grow, and in her position, Eleanor is expanding the business by increasing headcount and boosting sales, whilst also acting as a spokesperson for the potential of AI innovation across the legal sector. She is a staunch advocate for increasing the number of women pursuing careers in tech and encourages young girls to pursue STEM subjects.
