ELENA CHONG

Having completed a master’s degree in chemistry at Oxford University and an MBA at Harvard Business School, Chong now works for McKinsey in its public sector and energy practices. She is a strong advocate of the power of education to open doors and drive social mobility, and actively seeks out opportunities to help others. She co-leads McKinsey's new social mobility affinity network in the London office and helped develop McKinsey's new partnership with the charity IntoUniversity, which aims to support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to secure a place at university or begin another vocation.
