KATIE KELLY

Initially with a background in criminology, Kelly has since had 10 years of international experience in project and change management across a range of industries, leading change management for the Metropolitan Police Service, Dixons Carphone and the Financial Services compensation scheme, among others, Kelly has honed her skills in business transformation. As a change management SME at consulting firm Oaklin, she is also responsible for marketing initiatives and leads Oaklin's Including our People workstream, enabling the creation of an equal and inclusive workplace. Kelly continues her endeavour for gender equality through her role as the London Women's Hub leader on The Chartered Management Institute Board, as well as through other personal projects such as her HER.oes podcast.
