KURA DIONE-WARREN

Dione-Warren is the youngest director in Rare's history and the only Black executive director on the board. Having joined the business after university, she manages an all-female team responsible for Rare's sales, retention services, lateral hiring and communications. She has co-created and delivered tailored anti-bias and micro-aggressions workshops for senior staff at Rare’s clients and has led two successful software product launches in the past two years. These include Vantage, a database which uses advanced analytical techniques to match firms with historically hidden talent; and Hemisphere, an anti-bias training programme which was developed with experts in the fields of neuroscience, psychology, and sociology.
