Neena is the Chief Culture Officer at Queensway, a family business which owns and operates hospitality businesses such as hotels, a private members' club, food & beverage franchises and a residential property portfolio. She sets the culture and values of the organisation so they are lived and breathed by every member of our 600 strong team across 6 business units. Using her background as a Management Consultant at Deloitte, she has defined the company’s corporate governance and strategic planning processes as the businesses scale. In 2018, Neena established the Queensway Foundation through which the company has raised over £150,000 for charity and provides all team members with confidential support when they face personal challenges.
For Neena, work has never just been a job, it is about driving something she believes in, actively supporting and developing the team and ultimately having a positive impact in the world.
In 2019, Neena completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. In 2020, she was listed as one of Management Today’s 35 female business leaders under 35. She is mum to Caspar aged 20 months and is enjoying the challenge of balancing parenthood with her career.
