Included VC’s goal is that there will be a future generation of venture capitalists who will be diverse in all facets - gender, ethnicity, neurodiversity, disability, age, education and more. It provides 50 individuals globally from diverse backgrounds with skills and access into the world of venture capital. In 2020, in the business’ inaugural year, despite being a new organisation and initiative, 90% of the ‘Fellows’ who actively wanted a career in the venture ecosystem received a job offer. In the current Class of 2021, ‘Fellows’ who are currently mid-way through the Fellowship are already receiving job offers across Indonesia, the UK, and the rest of Europe - something most of them didn't think was possible.
