At privacy and reputation law firm Schillings, Waters’ responsibilities have over recent years extended not only to worldwide asset tracing, but also the examination of legal doctrines and assisting counsel in international enforcement strategy. She previously worked for the Office of Global Security at Goldman Sachs and at litigation finance company Burford Capital, contributing to the asset recovery advisory practice's financial and reputational success. She champions women's accomplishments in the workplace and enjoys mentoring and coaching.
