POLINA CHANGULEVA

In the short time she has been at Verizon Media, having previously worked for media company The Drum and Thomas Cook, Changuleva has made her mark, particularly with regards to diversity and inclusion. She leads the UK Culture Force team and the Women's Association of Verizon Employees (WAVE); as a Culture Head, she is responsible for leading a network of employees to transform the company culture and positively impact business performance. For Wave, she cultivates the advancement and professional development of women within Verizon, local communities and the technology sector.
