ROWENA MORRIS

Recognising, inspiring and rewarding people is what drives Morris. She leads PwC's Rising Stars programme for the sales and marketing function and believes people can achieve anything with the right motivation, support and coaching. She is also a mentor for a social enterprise, LeadersPlus, which enables talented people with young children to develop their leadership careers. She has also worked with PwC Classroom, an outreach programme to teach 16 and 17 year-olds from schools in disadvantaged areas a wide range of business skills. It provides students with opportunities to practice their presentation skills, interview techniques and introduces them to the professional business world.
