SARA COLLINGE

Aged 29, Collinge was the UK managing director of multinational PR agency Clarity, leading a team of 15 and significantly growing revenue. She then joined brand new consultancy Don't Cry Wolf as managing director, which holds itself accountable against three main metrics - People, Profit and Planet. Collinge specialises in campaigns which make the world a fairer, more inclusive place for women. Her work includes Let Fanny Fly with Elvie which campaigned to fight taboos around female incontinence and Hairytales for Tangle Teezer, which created books to highlight the lack of black heroes in children's books.
