SASHA SCHMITZ

MightyHive is the global data and digital media arm of Sir Martin Sorrell's S4Capital Group, an area Schmitz has had considerable experience in. She has been involved in integrating the science of data and digital media with the art of content and creativity for nearly 10 years, having previously worked for Fair Trade USA and a US-based boutique consulting firm. As MIghtyHive managing director, Schmitz has overseen significant growth in European revenue and opened new offices in Stockholm, Paris and Milan. Her thought leadership is also recognised within the industry, with Schmitz speaking on panels for the likes of Google and Xandr.
